Welcome to the official Guided Hands® blog — where accessibility, creativity, and innovation come together to tell stories that matter.

Six years ago, Guided Hands® began as a simple prototype, designed to help Elissa, a woman with Cerebral Palsy, regain the ability to paint. That moment sparked something bigger than we ever imagined — a global movement for accessibility and inclusion. Today, Guided Hands® is empowering children, adults, and seniors with limited hand mobility to rediscover the joy of writing, drawing, painting, and using technology independently.
Our mission is simple: to make daily activities more accessible and dignified for everyone — regardless of age, ability, or diagnosis. Whether you're a parent watching your child write their name for the first time, an artist rediscovering the joy of painting, or a therapist looking for a new tool to support your clients — Guided Hands® is here to help.
This blog will be a space where we share stories of real users, behind-the-scenes updates, accessibility tips, and creative ways Guided Hands® is changing lives around the world. We hope it inspires you, educates you, and reminds you that inclusion isn't optional — it's essential.
Thank you for joining us. We're just getting started.
